A payment confirmation form designed for WooCommerce stores that accept bank transfer as a payment method. After placing an order, customers are presented with a clean form where they can select their bank, enter the transfer amount and date, and upload a photo of their transfer slip. Supported banks include all major Thai commercial banks with automatic logo display, PromptPay, and a wide range of international banks. For PromptPay, the plugin automatically generates a scannable QR code pre-filled with the exact order total, eliminating manual entry errors. Submitted confirmations are recorded against the WooCommerce order and visible in the admin order detail page, making it easy for store owners to verify and process payments.
